Pokepop: That's it?

So... Pokemon Diamond and Pearl comes out tomorrow!

Yes, I'm going to cave and buy Pearl. I haven't played since I was disappointed with Gold and Silver, and was waiting for a new version to come out that would be just as revolutionary as Red and Blue. Setting myself up for disappointment? We'll see.

One thing I'm already disappointed by is the starter Pokemon. I was fantasizing about some other dragon/lizard type starter before I looked up the game on Wikipedia. Hopes shattered I'll probably go with the flaming monkey. Piplup is annoying on the anime, and I don't care much for grass pokemon. Why couldn't it be a flaming cow pokemon? I'd hit that...

I need to work on my word balloons. Suggestions?
